How do I contact SD Elements support?
You can contact support in the following ways:

In the application under Support, select Contact us to send an email to sdesupport@securitycompass.com. This creates a ticket in our ticketing tool, Service Cloud.

Manually send an email to sdesupport@securitycompass.com.

Log a case in Service Cloud through the web form at https://support.securitycompass.com.

Contact your Customer Success representative who can create a ticket on your behalf in Service Cloud.

Internet Explorer 11 will reach end of life as of June 15th, 2022. SD Elements will no longer support IE 11 after this EOL date. |
