How do I contact SD Elements support?

You can contact support in the following ways:

  • In the application under Support, select Contact us to send an email to support@sdelements.com. This creates a ticket in our ticketing tool, Zendesk.

  • You can manually send an email to support@sdelements.com.

  • You can log a case in Zendesk through the web form at https://support.sdelements.com.

  • You can contact your Customer Success representative who can create a ticket on your behalf in Zendesk.

  1. Internet Explorer 11 (latest release).

Note
 Internet Explorer 11 will reach end of life as of June 15th, 2022. SD Elements will no longer support IE 11 after this EOL date.
