How do I contact SD Elements support?

You can contact support in the following ways:

  • In the application under Support, select Contact us to send an email to support@sdelements.com. This creates a ticket in our ticketing tool, Zendesk.

  • You can manually send an email to support@sdelements.com.

  • You can log a case in Zendesk through the web form at https://sdelements.zendesk.com.

  • You can contact your Customer Success representative who can create a ticket on your behalf in Zendesk.
